  1. Who are eligible for AFFIN Rewards?

All Credit Cardmembers of Affin Bank Berhad (“AFFIN BANK”) and Affin Islamic Bank (“AFFIN ISLAMIC”) are entitled to AFFIN Rewards (“Eligible Cardmembers”), except Cardmembers of Basic Credit Card, Business Platinum Card, Single Purpose Card, AFFIN DUO Visa Cash Back and AFFIN DUO+ Visa.


Note: 
With effect from 18 March 2022, the Bank will no longer award AFFIN Rewards Points for retail or online transactions made using AFFIN Debit Cards.

AFFIN Rewards Points earned and accumulated prior to the discontinuation will be retained in Card account and valid for three years (36 months) from the date of issuance. Eligible Cardmembers can redeem AFFIN Rewards Points online before the expiry date.
 


  2. How do I earn AFFIN Rewards Points?

As an Eligible Cardmember, you can earn and accumulate AFFIN Rewards Points for your retail spend with the Eligible AFFIN BANK/ AFFIN ISLAMIC Credit Card(s), except the spend/transactions from the following categories:

  3. How many AFFIN Rewards Points can I earn?

You will earn AFFIN Rewards Points for your retail spend with your Eligible AFFINBANK/ AFFIN Islamic Credit/ Debit Card(s) (“Eligible AFFIN Cards”) as follow :

Remark:

No AFFIN Rewards Points will be awarded for spend on charity, government, utilities, petrol, and payment via JomPAY and FPX.

  4. When will I get my AFFIN Rewards Points after my retail spend using the Eligible AFFIN Card?

AFFIN Rewards Points will be credited into your AFFIN Rewards account once the particular retail transaction is being processed by the merchant (posted retail transaction). In general, please allow lead time of approximately one week.

 


  5. What can I do with my AFFIN Rewards Points?

You can redeem your AFFIN Rewards Points online for merchandise(s), voucher(s) and/or airmiles available at https://rewards.affinbank.com.my


  6. How do I check my AFFIN Rewards Points balance?

You can refer to your Credit Card monthly statement or check your current balance online at https://rewards.affinbank.com.my.

 


  7. How do I redeem my AFFIN Rewards Points?

You can perform online redemption as follow:

Step 1: Sign up or login at https://rewards.affinbank.com.my

Step 2: Browse through the catalogue and select the item(s) that you wish to redeem

Step 3: Once selected, click ‘ADD TO CART’ and proceed to checkout

Step 4: Enter the shipping information and confirm your redemption


  8. How do I start/ activate for online redemption?

Please follow the steps below to perform ‘First Time Login’ at :https://rewards.affinbank.com.my/affinrewards/account/registration


Step 1: Click ‘First Time Login’

Step 2: Read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Click ‘Continue’

Step 3: Create Username and Password and Click ‘Continue’

Step 4: Confirm Identity (i.e. NRIC & Date of Birth) and Security Questions and Click ‘Continue’

Step 5: Key in OTP sent to your mobile phone in Verification One Time Password (final)


  9. What if I have multiple Eligible AFFIN Cards?

AFFIN Rewards Points from all your Eligible AFFIN Cards (including Debit Card) will be automatically combined into your AFFIN Rewards account.

 


  10. What about the AFFIN Rewards Points earned by my Supplementary Cardmember(s)?

All AFFIN Rewards Points earned by your Supplementary Cardmember(s) will be automatically be combined and credited into your AFFIN Rewards account (as the Principal Credit Cardmember).

 


  11. Can my Supplementary Credit Cardmember redeem my AFFIN Rewards Points?

The AFFIN Rewards Points can only be redeemed by Principal Credit Cardmembers.


  12. If I do not have enough AFFIN Rewards Points for redemption, can I pay the balance/difference with my AFFIN Card?

Only full redemption with AFFIN Rewards Points is available at the moment.
